Usually hollow stems on celery are due to insufficient watering. If you’re gardening in a raised bed, it’s even more important to keep the soil moist for celery.

Not true, I have never seen so much rain (water) so that is definitely not the cause.
I agree. I have NEVER had luck with celery. I will try hydroponic Kratky next and grow only 1 other im soil with a plastic bucket loosely around it to ‘blanch’
