Here’s the full question:
‘I have several raised beds. One of these has an infestation of fleas which leap for joy as soon as a trowel goes in the soil. I’m happy for them to have a home but every now and then one pops into bed with me! The bed is planted with veges. How do you suggest I get rid of them?’
Our response:
Neem powder or granules applied to the soil or even the sheep manure pellets laced with neem scattered over your soil will deter the fleas without causing harm to your plants. You can get these neem products online from Wally’s Gardening and Health Products
